These Terms and Conditions govern your use of prestige208.com and any services provided by Prestige Detailing. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Services
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Pricing and service descriptions on our website may change without notice. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and the specific services requested at the time of your appointment.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by text. By booking, you agree to the following:
- Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-shows: If you do not show up and do not contact us, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- Our cancellations: We may reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to set a new time.
- Deposits: A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment. This amount is applied toward your total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. The deposit amount is subject to change; the amount in effect when you book applies to your appointment.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and Venmo. All prices are in U.S. dollars. If a payment is declined or reversed, you remain responsible for the full amount owed.
5. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
By scheduling a service, you confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner’s permission to have it serviced. You acknowledge that:
- Pre-existing damage, scratches, fading paint, worn trim, loose parts, or other conditions may be present before we start.
- We are not responsible for damage that existed before the service.
- Cleaning can make pre-existing damage more visible. That is a result of the cleaning process revealing existing conditions, not causing new ones.
- Heavily soiled or stained interiors may not fully restore to original condition. We will tell you what to expect before starting.
We recommend a walkthrough with your technician before and after the service. If you have concerns about a specific condition on your vehicle, raise them before we begin.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Prestige Detailing and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for:
- Damage to aftermarket parts, wraps, coatings, or accessories, unless caused by our gross negligence
- Pre-existing damage, rust, corrosion, worn paint, or structural defects
- Theft or loss of personal items left in the vehicle
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
7. Satisfaction and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us as soon as possible after your appointment. Any remedy, including a redo, partial credit, or refund, is offered at the sole discretion of Prestige Detailing ownership on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these Terms guarantees a specific outcome.
Please bring any billing or service disputes to us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
8. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Prestige Detailing for appointment reminders, service updates, and, if you have separately opted in, marketing offers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to book or receive services.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your appointment schedule. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Email Communications
If you subscribe to our marketing emails, you agree to receive periodic messages about our services and promotions. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders will continue regardless of your marketing email preferences.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on prestige208.com, including text, images, logos, and layout, belongs to Prestige Detailing or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site, disrupt our services, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.
